
How do I book No.3?
You can book and pay directly on www.airbnb.co.uk . This has all of our up-to-date availability. If you have any queries, please contact us at bookings@pommeetpoire.co.uk, and we will respond within 48-hours.
Is there a minimum number of nights booking for No.3?
The property is available for a single night booking, or multiple nights.
How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay online at www.airbnb.co.uk via a credit card or debit card.
How will I know that my booking is confirmed? What happens afterwards? I’m new to this!
When a booking is made via www.airbnb.co.uk, Airbnb will contact the booking lead directly to confirm the booking. Closer to the date, Airbnb will email you the access code to the key lockbox and other information about the property.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 1600hrs onwards. There is a key lockbox at the property. The combination to the lockbox will be emailed to you a few days before your booking. Please check out of No.3 by 1000hrs. If you require access outside of these times, please contact us and we will accommodate wherever possible.
Where can I park? Is parking included in the booking?
Parking is not included when booking to stay at No.3. Due to the age of the property there is NO allocated parking space however there is plenty of local, free on street parking. Please be considerate of our neighbours and do not park obstructing peoples drives. There are plenty of accessible parking spaces.
What facilities are provided?
All gas, electricity and water is provided in the cost of your stay. Please be considerate of the environment and re use towels where possible. Please turn lights off when not in use.
Can I bring my pets or dog?
No. No.3 has no garden and the local public park does not permit dogs, so we regret that pets and dogs are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs.
Is there a limit to how many people can stay at No.3?
Yes, there is a maximum number of 4 people, inclusive of children including babes in arms, at all times. The house has one double bed and two single beds. We respect our neighbours; to avoid overcrowding we will offer bookings based only on 4 persons maximum. This property would also suit a couple.
Do you provide children’s items?
Parents and guardians know what’s best for their children, so we recommend bringing items like suitable toys, a travel cot and small/ plastic crockery as required.
What equipment or supplies are provided at No.3?
For a full inventory list, please see What makes No. 3 special?. We will stock complimentary coffee, a variety of teas, hot chocolate, biscuits, and a few other welcome bits for you.
Do I need to clean up after staying at No.3?
Yes, please leave the property as you found it and remove all your recycling items and rubbish. There is a metal bin outside for rubbish and a blue bin for recycling. Regrettably we are unable to recycle food waste at this time. Please dispose of food waste in the general waste (black bin bags). Please inform us if there is any damage or breakages as soon as possible, so that we have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
What is the accessibility like at the property?
There is a raised (high) step up to enter into the property. The bathroom located on the first floor. There are 14 steps in the staircase between the ground floor and first floor. There are no assistance rails in the bathroom.
Could I organise a photoshoot at No.3?
Please contact us in advance if you would like to organise commercial photoshoots or videography. We will provide consent on a case-by-case basis.
